Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Effective: May 2, 2025
1. Ticket Purchase & Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you purchase a class at the regular price, there will be no payment adjustments, credits, or refunds. All sales are final.
2. One-Time Class Transfer
Most classes allow a one-time transfer for a fee. To qualify, you must notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled start of your class via email at info@yogasocial.org. A transfer fee of $5 will apply. If there is a price difference between classes, you will be charged the additional amount.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Fees
To avoid a penalty, update your reservation at least 12 hours before the start time. Cancellation within 12 hours: $10 fee. No-show without 2-hour email notification: $10 fee.
4. Non-Transferable Classes
The following classes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable: Baby Goat Yoga, Adoptable Puppy Yoga, Bunny Yoga, Yoga at the Aquarium, and Yoga at the Botanic Gardens.
5. Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Yoga Social management.
